Terms and Conditions for eziparts Repair Network Users

Welcome to eziparts Repair Network, an online platform where users can nominate vehicle parts and request instant quotes for recycled and new car parts from a network of third-party automotive dismantlers. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website and services. By accessing or using the eziparts.co.nz platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform eziparts provides a platform for users to request quotes for new and  recycled car parts by nominating vehicle parts. These quotes are provided by third-party automotive dismantlers ("Suppliers”) eziparts is solely an intermediary for facilitating the request and quoting process. Any transactions, agreements, or interactions arising from these quotes are solely between you and the supplier.

2. Quotes The quotes you receive on the platform are generated from third-party Supplier inventory data and are based on the information you provide about your vehicle and parts needed. Please note that:

● The quotes provided are estimates, and the actual cost may vary depending on the Repairer's final assessment of the parts.

● eziparts does not guarantee the accuracy of any quotes or the availability of the quoted parts.

● You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any quote you accept.

3. No Financial Transactions on the Platform eziparts does not process any payments or exchanges of money through the Platform. All financial transactions related to the purchase of recycled car parts or services must be completed directly between you and the supplier you choose to accept a quote from. eziparts will not be responsible for any financial transactions or payment disputes that occur outside the quoting process.

4. Responsibility and Liability

● Accuracy of Quotes: eziparts is not liable for any discrepancies, errors, or variations found in the quotes provided by third-party Suppliers. eziparts merely facilitates the quoting process and does not influence or control the content or accuracy of the quotes.

● Third-Party Repairers: eziparts does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the actions, services, or parts provided by the third-party Suppliers. Any issues, disputes, or concerns regarding the quality of parts, or service should be addressed directly with the Supplier you select.

● Platform Availability: eziparts does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not liable for any technical issues or service interruptions that may occur.

5. User Responsibilities

● You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request for quotes, including details about the vehicle parts required.

● You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.

● You understand and acknowledge that by accepting a quote from a Supplier, you are entering into a contract directly with that Supplier, and not with eziparts.

6. Privacy and Data Protection eziparts respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

7. Modifications to the Terms eziparts reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

8. Termination eziparts reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its discretion, including if we believe you have violated any of these Terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
